This week in writing, we've been leaving about reports, most of you have got to flow of it. Everyone assesses there own writing, so we know what we're good at and what our goals are 😊 My report was   about Ted (Theodore) Bundy, Theodore is a serial killer, I liked writing about him beacuase It was intresting knowing all the bad stuff he got away with and did. What he did was disgusting.

What I Have Been Doing in Writing

 My group and I have just assisted our reports and I found out a couple of things I didn't know I was very good at and in the middle of completing my goal of tense.I realized that I really had to work on varying my sentences because most of them are really long when I write because for some reason I cant finish my sentences and carry on I have to get it all down in a sentence my teacher thought that the whole story was one sentence.

                     The Christchurch Earthquake

With a thundering shake it all happened in an instant.

I open my eyes and I am lying on the cold,rough ground.

My ears are ringing and the fresh air gone replaced by the strong stench of dust and smoke.

I look around,people are crying and some are badly hurt.

Most buildings now lay flat half way out across the road.

A police car is up in front of me and I realise my ears aren't ringing but it's the ear piercing screams of the never ending sirens.

I stand up causioly taking in everything in around me.

An aftershock hits hard making it impossible to stand.

The only thing going through my head is I hope my friends and family are ok.

I count to ten another aftershock shakes me.This is the worst nightmare I've ever had.
