Be more active senior syndicate. we should be checking our blog every night at home, to see if any new blogs are posted. Also we need to invite more people to our blog so everyone in the world could see it.

If we are on every night you could make comments on the blog posts posted on our blog, and the authors of the blogs could look at the comments to see what they should improve on their next blog.
