Ingredients
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 cups of grated cheese, any sort of hard cheese
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup of milk
Method
1. preheat the over to 180 C put flour into a large bowl.
2. Mix in all other ingredients using a wooden spoon, adding the milk last to blind.
3. Mix well to ensure even combination, particularly the flour and milk- the mixture should be quite sticky.
4. Flour a baking tray and set aside
5.Use a tablespoon to pop golf ball- Sized amounts onto the tray.
bake for approx. 10 minutes.
6. Cool on tray for five minutes then separate edges of each puff with knife from tray. Serve immediately.

I liked the part when i ate it. I did like the part when they went into the oven because it took to long. My group could of worked better getting ingredients.
